CIOCS Teacher Breakfast (Ottawa)

 

Date: Saturday, November 9th, 8:00 AM-Noon

Place: St François d’Assise church, 20, Ave Fairmont, Ottawa (Church Hall)

Purpose: To provide an occasion for teachers to meet, network and deepen their sense of identity and commitment as Catholic teachers.

• 7:30 AM doors open, prepare room

• 8:00 AM official start of the event, set up tables, food and coffee

• 8:30 AM Rosary and adoration upstairs

• 9:00 AM Welcome, Angelus and grace

• 9:00-10:00 AM Breakfast and socializing

• 10:00 AM Group table discussion on the topic: “What makes a Catholic teacher truly Catholic?”

• 11:00 AM Thank you, invitation to SWC’s college “Wojtyla Summer Institute for Teachers”

• 11:15-11:59 AM Clean-up
